Making line separators default (Re: [PATCH] KEditToolBar inserts invisible line separator)

I support making line separators the default too. Seems to be a source of  
constant complaints [1,2] and the lines hurt nobody but improve usability.

So better ask, who has any reasonable argument against it before we end
without a decision again? :-)
