New joystick control center module

Hi all,

I like to integrate a new kcontrol center module for testing and calibrating 
joysticks (things you currently can only do with jscal, jstest on the 
commandline)

As this module uses the linux kernel driver for joysticks, and therefore is 
only available on Linux, how can I define that this KCM shall only be 
compiled and installed on Linux ?
