I generally support this idea (but I just add a not that it's possible 
to add line separators in the configure toolbar dialog). The only 
problem might be with old applications deliberately wanting simple 
separators and they will end up now with line separators. This is 
somewhat behavioral incompatibility, so maybe this should be done only 
for KDE 4.
