Much needed KDE application

Do you think 'eventwatcher' program ?
It's a KDE program incrusted in the systemtray that offer to get all
sorts of messages (plugins are writable) :
- RSS feeds (I use it)
- DCOP messages
- Log files monitor

Need a bit of working but the basis are there !
