If the decision is between kdenonbeta and kmusic, there would be no real 
choice. Both are somehow death from the release-point-of-view and the 
everything-compiles-with-recent-technologies-piont-of-view...

Either stay in kdenonbeta and take advantage of the kde-infrastructure and do 
your own releases or move to kdeextragear-* and take advantage of the 
kde-infrastructur and do your own releases.

A new placer could be kdemultimedia...
