IMHO, a bad idea. Klicker will be used by a small amount of users - 
kdemultimedia should cover multimedia use for a typical kde user(thus the 
majority of users). This is how I see it.

I think it would be good if we had a what-our-modules-should-contain policy, 
steering up things.
