Suggestion: Make "WhatsThis" 100% complete for next release

Yes, this remark should have said "Or, in some cases, as text in the
widget itself". In some cases, more text could be added to widgets,
especially in wizards and index pages.

In most cases yes, in some cases no, but this is not really relevant
to this discussion.

IMHO, this is also its downside. It's too well hidden for users to
find it.

I haven't got access to a 3.2 installation atm, I'm affraid. I'll see
if I can try tomorrow. Perhaps somebody else ?
