kwin bug?

I can't reproduce it. All behaves normally here (CVS on 23 Jan 2004). I'm 
about to recompile it right now - takes almost a day ;-(  - and I can test it 
again, if you guess it can be a regression.

The window list is popped up from many places. Try see if you can reproduce 
your bug with the windowlist popped from MMB click on the desktop. This could 
eventually overrule a kwin fault (if the bug happens at all, as I can't see 
it, as I said).
