kwin bug?

 It's simple to prove KWin is not guilty, just temporarily switch to a 
different window manager (http://ktown.kde.org/~seli/kdewm) and see it 
happening without KWin as well.

 The bug is kdelibs/kdeui/kwindowlistmenu.cpp r1.26 . I have reverted it.
