It is caused by the -ansi switch used during KDE compilation.
It still is a kernel header problem. If it turns some symbols off due to
-ansi, it should not use those symbols.
Let me repeat once again: userspace programs, like KDE, should NOT include
kernel header files. Copy the necessary structures to a private header.
I must have said this 10 times already.
