I already closed the bug (was reported some time ago) as with an
up-to-date khtml it works. The one I saw today also works, so the
problem is only with the fact that if you click on a link looking like
file:///usr/share/doc/packages/privoxy-suse/user-manual/actions-file.html#ADD-HEADER
Konqueror opens the file and puts in the Location bar the result of
StripFileProtocol
/usr/share/doc/packages/privoxy-suse/user-manual/actions-file.html#ADD-HEADER
Now just a click and enter in the location bar gives you the error
message I talked about. But I don't have the whole kdelibs updated, so
I don't know if the behavior is still present or not. I would expect
what Ingo says, in this case the file:/// should not be stripped,
otherwise what you see in the location bar is not what you have
rendered.
