Bug in KURL handling(?)

Good that you gave me what I need to update as I thought you fixed 
something in KURL. ;-) Indeed this fixed the problem in Konqueror.

Now the question is only how can I open my ~/a#b file? (Yes I know, 
typing ~/a%23b...) In this case the error message
"The file or folder file:///home/andris/a#b does not exist." is 
completely missleading as the user would say "but I have an a#b" file 
there!
