Duplicate signals in KListView

Hi,

 In KListView some signals are defined which are already present in QListView. 
This results in a runtime warning. Those signals are already marked as "KDE 
4: Remove this signal...already in QListView". I just wonder why can't be 
removed right now? I fail to see how it would break source or binary 
compatibility. On the BC/BIC page I could only find that you can "Remove 
private non-virtual functions if they are not called by any inline 
functions.". Isn't this such a case?
