[PATCH] correct systray icon size

Hi

The following tiny patch to kio_uiserver uses the new method 
KSystemTray::loadIcon() for the systray icons.  Most apps are using this now, 
which loads a 22x22 icon instead of the 16x16 icon that SmallIcon returns 
with the default settings.
