You know, that I haven't thought that this may be a hardware problem until 
today morning, as it's a not so old Logitech mouse, and I just couldn't 
believe that the problems might be because of it. But as if I configured KDE 
to handle middle mouse clicks as left button clicks and it worked I became 
suspicious. Right now I cleaned the mouse buttons and I don't see the 
simptoms anymore. I was completely stupid to blame QT/KDE, but there were bad 
coincidences: I've upgraded to QT 3.2beta not so long ago, and started to 
notice these kind of problems around that time.
Sorry for making noise. :-(
