Moving QExtMDI to kdelibs

the default GUI of kdevelop 3 is SDI.. so, now you can start to use 
kdevelop :)

i like the idea to move QextMdi from kdevelop to kdelibs, it could reduce 
forks, because atm a lot of application use(or want use) QextMDI
