New KSplash ready

Better make it work before you go and remove ksplash.

In the kcm, preview only works for Classic and Standard themes which are:
- exactly the same
- out of date, why does it show me a kde 3.0 splash?
Both MacClassic and XpLike show me a small blue rectangle with a few flashing 
black/blue rectangles inside but nothing really working.
