[PATCH] Treat empty files like text files

Hi,

  The attached tiny patch makes sure that (local) empty files are treated as 
text ones. Maybe a better way would be to have this check in 
findByFileContent (or other KMimeType method), so it would return 
"text/plain" for empty files. If no objections, I will commit.
