We (resp. I) plan to make KMail automagically select the correct
language. How? Well, we simply check which language gives the least
spelling errors after a certain amount of words has been typed. But of
course it doesn't make much sense to try all installed languages.
Therefore KSpellConfig should allow the user to specify a list of
dictionaries which should be used.

Obviously this has to be implemented in KSpell. Users don't want to know
about ispell, aspell or hspell. They just want to use the spell checker
with the languages they selected. KSpell should then automatically
choose the appropriate spell checker engine.
