kmidi maintainership

Hi,

As I alluded to in the latest kde-traffic, if you cannot find a maintainer for
kmidi, I would like to take a crack at it.  I am a musician who likes midi a
great deal, and I would not like to see kde's midi tool fall by the wayside.

I would like to give someone else the opportunity to step up to the plate
first, though.  I will begin working on bugfixes starting next week if no one
else is willing to take up the mantle.
