We could add components for specific classes. The bug wizard would probably
not catch on to it, but reassigning something to a component (KExtendedSocket
for example) would be easier for components that have a definable maintainer.
OTOH, given the description of the list, kde-core-devel could be maintainer
for kdelibs.
