Problem is that loading a single icon becomes slower if you first have to ask 
a pixmap server. Luckily we now do delayed icon loading, so their might be a 
point in time where the application has knowledge about most of the needed 
icons without having them actually loaded already. That should make it 
possible to get most of the needed icons with one call to a pixmap server.
