Why was "Help->Report Bugs and Wishes..." changed to "Help->Report Bug..."?

Sure you're not mixing english and german translation? Because
the english original says Report Bug in 3.1 too while the german
translation contains Wishes in both versions.

The tab in About KDE speaks about Wishes too btw.
