Why was "Help->Report Bugs and Wishes..." changed to "Help->Report Bug..."?

Yeah, I've indeed mixed the translations. What about changing the 
English version (maybe after KDE 3.2)?

I wouldn't necessarily look there if I wanted to report a wish.
