Help/advise wanted for #57278 (chinese support)

I would like to request some help or advise on the bug report
#57278 which concerns chinese support in PPD files. I'm not an
expert in international support, and I for sure cannot test anything
related to chinese support. What I can say is that french support
in PPD files works OK.
