kdebase-020921 problems

I thought I fixed this?

I have have a perfectly working KDE libs, base, arts, pim, and toys on my box 
here.

Please email me a complete report of what is broken, and I can probibly fix 
it,  I am still working on kdenetwork, but that should fix up in the week.  
Its mostly due to 64bit mode on solaris.

I do nightly cvs snapshots so most breakage I fix in about a day.
