ksystemtray context menu actions

I think this is a very good idea and the current implementation is one of the
reasons I didn't use KSystemTray in KNotes.
But how about changing KSystemTray::action(..) to
KSystemTray::actionCollection()? This way a systemtray user could reuse the
actionCollection instead of creating a new one. Comments?
Otherwise I'd say go for it and commit.
