You really miss the point, David. 

To get the qt2/kde2 behaviour you have to emulate its bugs as well. So add a 
busy loop or a (while true; do hog X server; done) in random cases to all 
applications. Now Lubos is an evil guy as he intends to remove this feature. 
Don't you see that ?
