Works here, too. It's still annoying that kfmexec is being used at all, but at 
least Kate can view remote files here again.

On a related note, I noticed that kfmexec was doing a "unlink( src.local8Bit() 
)". This could potentially leave temporary files around if KDE_UTF8_FILENAMES 
is set. Does the attached patch look okay?
