Showstopper: kcontrol and konsole icons still broken

I'm sorry, but I don't believe 'unclear' icons constitute a 'showstopper' in
any release. Missing icons would, of course.
A 'showstopper' (gods I hate that term) is something that causes a bug, a
system crash, a security hole, or missing (essential) functionality. An
unclear icon is, at best, an annoyance. After all, we provide the means to
change the icon for something else, and there are other icon packs available.
My personal feeling is that the current icons are okay. Not brilliant, but
okay. They're certainly not something to postpone a release over.
As for a black-base konsole icon, that's just silly for me, as I use a white
background for my konsole windows. So, you can never suit everyone with these
icons.
