RFC: Show ???? Toolbar position within the settings menu

Hi

I personally think the settings menu gets quite confusing, if there is more 
then one toolbar in an application. I think at least they shouldn't be placed 
above the Configure... entries, if their are 3,4,5,.... toolbars. 

What about rearranging them to the bottom of the menu in all applications or 
DYNAMICALLY creating a submenu holding all the toolbars:

eg: 1 toolbar:
Show Statusbar
Show Toolbar
-------
Configure Shortcuts .......
...
...


eg: any toolbars:
Show Statusbar
Toolbars -->					Show File Toolbar
------							Show Edit Toolbar
Configure Shortcuts ..				Show Table Toolbar
...							Show Insert Toolbar
....							Show Paragraph Toolbar
...							.......
							......
