aRts: Build problem

Hi

If i try to compile (CVS) aRts I get this error:

make  all-recursive
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/rasa/kde/cvs/arts'
Making all in libltdl
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/rasa/kde/cvs/arts/libltdl'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `all'.  Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/rasa/kde/cvs/arts/libltdl'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/rasa/kde/cvs/arts'
make: *** [all] Error 2


Ok. ./configure does really not process the libltdl dir. But why not? The dir 
is entred in the top Makefile.am...

Has someone an idea where the problem is here?
