Think for a minute.  If you remove 2 apps from KDE and translate the third, 
or have all 3 in KDE and let the translators choose to only translate 1 of 
the three, what freaking difference is there for non-english speakers?  
Removing two apps doesn't make CD writing *more* accessable for them.. it 
in fact guarantees that two apps will be unusable for them.  If we have 
all 3 in KDE, then there will be the small chance they will all get 
translated.

Yes it does.  Untranslated apps aren't more unusable than apps with fatal 
bugs or fatal missing features.

Then they don't *have* to.  There is no difference to the 
non-english-speaker between them choosing not to translate app X, and 
having app X removed from KDE.
