hmm? I'm not attacking you, and you seem to go into defend...
Anyway, you snipped away your statement mine above replied to: (I added indents
for convience)

Just tries to tell you your concerns are not something that is a problem
right now.

I'm afraid that if you want to change the behavior of something _you_ are
going to have to give a reason why to change it. Your questions toward me
don't seem to go into that direction..

Did I say that? I wonder where I said that..  I'm just asking you to write 
some docs for an API you seem to have been looking into.

I'm just asking, if you don't want to do that, then  someone else should. 
The problem with that is it will most probably be forgotten. 

So "pretty please" write some docs :)
