KDE 3.1 release schedule draft

What about having an official "bug hunting week" in the schedule? E.g. 
surfing bugs.kde.org, cleaning up and actually fixing those bugs. Of 
course one can argue that one week is much too short, but maybe this way 
we can get people to take it more serious. We could also have some 
statistics (number of bugs closed per package).

I know that Mozilla has "bug days", which include community involvement, 
has anybody experience with that?
