New planet KDE

Two more small things:
 * There's no list of aggregated people, i used that from time to time
 * The "To have your blog added to this aggregator, please read the instructions" feels like it has been given a too prominent place, i mean it's almost the first thing in there, but it targets 0.01% of the readers of that page?
