I haven't seen anyone else say this, so maybe I'm the only one, in which case I felt I 
should speak up: Aaron has a point, and I think he's being reasonable.  It may be 
tempting to react against an emotional outburst (the perceived breaking of the peace), 
but if the underlying cause of the outburst is a lack of sensitivity in community 
communication, that is actually something that needs to be addressed.

Now I'm not saying that Albert should necessarily have known better: some people find 
it easier to be sensitive than others, and it's not at all trivial to guess what any given 
person will be sensitive about (you can't know their whole life's history).  But when that 
offence has been described and explained, I feel like the worst thing you can possibly do 
is say "you're being too sensitive", which is what this has all boiled down to.

Personally, I do agree with Aaron that talk of shoving and forcing is not the kind of 
language I'd like to see in a productive, collaborate effort.
