[kde-community] The KDE Incubator needs YOU

Hey Kevin,

Nobody else stepped up so I will. I read through the different phases
in the wiki and wonder what a starting kit would look like. I'll read
through the other notes you mentioned and linked to the community page
and see what I can do to help this along. It would be great to help
these groups/projects mentioned in the BoF notes transition to being
part of KDE indeed.
