[kde-china] Arthur2e5 和 JeffBai 准备处理 kwave

Update kwave zh_CN translations.

- CJK paren to western (KDE CN Rule)
  - 0xa2e5 consider it suboptimal to use not-so-tall western parens to
wrap CJK text inside, but a2e5's 5-HT level is too high for another war.
And there isn't a 'use correct puncts' rule in KDE HIG.
- Translated a few strings. Zzzzzz.
