[kde-china] 想参与翻译

整个Linux的文档系统就不是非常完善，当然，这与开发人员最讨厌写文档有关系。Windows其实也差不多，Win上的有些商业软件的文档也少得可怜。

上面的一些内容。上面有KDE文档项目、本地化项目等内容的简介。（这个是KDE的wiki，中文化工作还有很长的路要走。）
