[kde-china] kopete for KDE4的po

抱歉有点晚了。已经审核并且ci。

发现的问题：
1. Engaged应该是订婚的意思。

2. 很多英文人名等如果不需翻译，请直接从原文复制到译文中。这个好像对我们的统计数字很有影响，hehe。

3. 发现一个问题，14387行

千里翻译的有msgstr[0]和msgstr[1]两句，但在svn ci的时候，总是报pre-commit错误，

svn: 'pre-commit' hook failed with error output:
<stdin>:11: nplurals =1...
<stdin>:14387: ...but some messages have 2 plural forms
msgfmt: found 1 fatal error

然后我就改成上述的样子之后就通过了，这个问题，还不太清楚，是不是服务器端有脚本检验，回来要问一下Funda Wang了。
