It's a strange and unresolved problem for some readers.In my
submission,"???" means characters were destroyed irreversible when sending
mail...They're not simple mess texts,simple mess texts are invertible- -.

Could you check your mail source code(Most MUAs provide the feature)?If you
can only see "???"  instead of simple mess text there, it is that.
