[Digikam-devel] docbook cannot be compiled because FindDocBookXML.cmake is missing

Or there was a discussion and it was decided that, as their usage is
limited to compiling kdelibs and generating meinproc4, they don't need to
be exported. See here:

Sure, but this is not the case, they are needed in order to process
documentation.
