So far I've gotten all the way through dcop and into kdecore.
It failed for me on something where it couldn't find PROT_READ,
MAP_PRIVATE and MAP_FAILED.  Ben and I just traced it down
to the check_include_files(sys/mman.h ... directive which should
also include sys/types.h too (at least on os x).

That was yesterday.  Today, I decided to try a "make Experimental".
Started at 11am EST on my little iBook G3 600Mhz and based on how
much output there was on my Kubuntu Breezy box when I tried it there
it appears to be slightly more than 1/3rd of the way through the build. (sigh)
At this point, I'm probably going to let that finish overnight (hopefully!)
and then use the error message output to try to tackle problems
so we can get a better compile.  Ben is likely to be done with his
compile much sooner though. :-)
