where to install the cmake files to ?

Hopefully, once KDE 4.0.0 is released, the only files required should be 
FindKDE4.cmake, KDE4Macros.cmake and kde4uic.cmake, maybe FindQt4.cmake.
All others will have been merged back to cmake cvs

So for third party developers this means:
-install the required cmake release
-install kdelibs (the four files mentioned above)

That's all.
