[Kde-bindings] My latest collection of patches

So...can someone with the knowledge to evaluate these patches, and the permission to commit them to version-control, please consider doing so?

I have full build instructions for smokegen/smokeqt/qyoto/assemblygen under Windows, which I will submit once these changes are committed.
