[Kde-bindings] smoke/phonon build fails

I'm seeing failures trying to build smoke, in particular smoke/phonon.  No
x_?.cpp files are being generated.  Anyone else seeing this?

(Seen this since kdebindings-4.0.85, including up to kdebindings-4.0.98).
