There's much more you need to disable than just smokekde. Try ccmake instead 
of cmake to get a full list of options. By now we have smoke libs for qt, kde, 
khtml, ktexteditor, akonadi, soprano, plasma... So there's quite a lot that 
depends on KDE4.
