[Kde-bindings] smoke/phonon build fails

Turns it we (fedora) saw this only because we install phonon's headers in a different location than kde(4)'s.

Attached is a patch that fixes it (tells smoke/phonon's generate.pl to look in phonon's include dir too).

If there are no objections, I can/will commit the fix.
