I applied your patches and also made a change that I hope will fix the 
translation issue with the job manager.  If you could verify for me, I'd be 
grateful.

I also added message targets to the epos, command, flite, freetts, and hadifix 
plugins.  Since these create new .pot files, I assume it will take a few days 
for translaters to translate them before they can be tested.

I am *really* grateful that these translation issues are finally being 
addressed.  Thank you SO much.
